The world of expetations.....

Dear Friends ,

Expectations create frustrations whereas when calculated expectations are followed the chances  of failures get automatically reduced ...the human race as a whole is getting fueled ,inspired ,ignited by the world of desires...on day to day basis many new desires keep driving the whole population towards more and more....an unending race for more got created which is automatically driving the human efforts for more and more.

We all knowingly and knowingly get trapped within net of desires ,many recognize this net sooner or later and show the courage to choose a spiritual path ,many could not show the courage to get out of this whole net despite whole realization of the trap of desires. However as Osho said those who control the net of desires being in the material world are real fighters and real winners....it needs much of wisdom and courage followed by patience and such individuals are real champions so when we feel expectations getting developed next time ,let us give it a thought and look at it from global perspective so that we march ahead with safety and happiness. Actually there is life with expectations without it there is no life the one which everyone wants to live.

Life Rebounds...sooner or later...

Dear Friends ,

Poderovaski was a Harvard Graduate having done so he wanted to start his own business but due to lack of funds he was nervous and stuckup at some point during his career days. He could sing better and his friend could play Guitar better, so they decided to sing for parties and they were on their journey towards collecting finance. They wanted to make a big program so they contacted the then famous Piano player Harber Huvas who was the fame artiste ,when they asked him about his fees towards organizing a public show he said it is 5000$ but that was a huge  amount which was absolutely beyond their limits...so they requested him to make it minimal as possible so he agreed for 2000$.
When the show was over they could hardly collect 1800$ which was not sufficient towards making the full payment of the fees so forget about their own profit...nervous they met Poderovaski saying they are really sorry for this ,Poderovaski asked them how much they needed for business, accordingly they spoke of amount needed and finally Poderavaski had given them the required and accepted the minimal.

Poderovaski due to his approach became the President of Poland one day. During world war Poland was facing huge food crisis so he was looking for every relief from all corners so he wrote a letter to Harber asking for food support as he was the Head of Food Department who later became the President of America. Harber did it willingly, having received such a spontaneous support he wished to meet and thank him personally. When he met him and he was about to express his thanks Harber said," sir i am one of them whom you helped for business long back through your Piano show" and he was happy to help...both of them were happy together. Good or bad it comes back for sure...

Being creative...

Creativity ,Imagination ,Ideas are all Signals of the Cosmic world through which HE the almighty makes HIS presence felt in the material world…when people spend time in how is it possible???there are people who keep saying and proving why it is not possible??? When the boundaries of intellect are challenged with the hope and positivity towards developing something new ,towards creating something new  ,the solutions follow…the power of sub conscious brain support every such drive and makes things possible so much so that those who said, it is impossible keep wondering how is that made possible…creativity ,imagination ,ideas are forces which Rocks the world everyday so much so that every day millions of innovative ,creative ,positive, brainstorming ,fruitful ,beneficial ideas keep striking many brains and the world as a whole keeps evolving and moving with an all new Mechanism towards better and better….below is a drop in that ocean of creativity…

Perspectives are realities....

Dear Friends ,

A student came complaining to an Indian Teacher  about the mischief being done by his classmate ,the teacher went ahead and punished the culprit. The same student when came  complaining about his batch mate to a Japanese teacher the teacher said why don’t you convince him ,and when the same student came complaining to an American Teacher the teacher said, let him do it why don’t you focus upon your business why are you stopping him. The same scenario but three different ways of managing them by 3 teachers who represent global difference in perspectives of people living  on the same planet.

 The Japanese teacher asked the student to convince his class fellow speaks of the core quality of team work in  Japan , the element of team work ,coordination ,cooperation is highly appreciated in Japan towards results and productivity that is part of their culture as a whole  hence they inspire culture of Team work. When the American teacher asked him to mind his own business ,it speaks of the fact that Americans very much believe in Individual Freedom ,every person should enjoy living as per his own desire ,this is what is appreciated in America  that’s how Individual Freedom is taught as a quality there .The Indian teacher did the job himself it points to a straight forward approach to things in life….act on the issue and close it without giving any thought to it…closing the issue is appreciated ,learning from them is not so worried about because no body has time to think so deeply…3 different cultures result into 3 different ways of looking at things finally result into different result in many ways ….reflecting in diverse lifestyles ,productivities etc.

Meditation for Momentum....

Dear Friends ,

Everyday when we fight for achieving our targets  personal or professional end of the day many a times we develop some unwanted  garbage within our body say mind ,heart ,brain and this keeps on happening on a day to day basis. When this keeps on happening over a period of time without cleansification it definitely corrupts our hard disk for sure. Meditation plays the role of an Anti Virus Software which takes care of all unwanted viruses that enter our body and mind through many reasons hence constant practice of the same can help us in eradicating all the viruses to a greater extent. …which would ultimately keep our disk clean without any contamination.

Meditation not only does the cleansification job rather it automatically upgrades the version of the operating system we have…every body has his own operating system unique as compared to the rest of the mob…Constant practice of the Meditation definitely upgrades the inner self bringing about a sea change in the way we function and the way we look at life…so Meditation plays the role of an Anti Virus Software as well as Upgrading Software the only thing  which is needed is it has to be installed on a daily basis till one achieves certain state…

Science and Spiritualism...an advanced living.

Dear Friends,

Two cultures have evolved on planet earth at the same time and they were getting developed in isolation long back in the deep past…the eastern culture had been inward whereas the western was outward , the one which was inward discovered Spiritualism and the one which was outward discovered science… when we listen to Indian melodious music our heart dances whereas when we listen to western rock or so our body dances…one takes you inward the other takes you outward …one had been too materialistic and the other too detached….today these two different cultures having grown to it’s full cycle the east is getting attracted to west and the west is getting attracted towards east in many ways say dress code, eating habits, living philosophies etc …which speak of the fact that the process of fusion has started and it is in full swing…it is in this context if we ask one question what is being a global citizen????or a global human being or  an advanced human being???

Just being too materialistic and scientific is about being a global citizen ??? or being too spiritual is about being a global citizen??? The consensus would be the fusion of the both…people at helm of their careers say in corporate world , business world or so they can be found to be  following the both ,they have brought about brilliant fusion of the both…that’s what is being a global citizen or a human being or an advanced individual.

Spiritualism to Science....

Dear Friends,

When Gandhiji met with Eienstine during the Round Table conference he asked him what makes him come up with such brilliant discoveries he said ,”Probably it is my spiritual connect that makes me discover things .” He then explained his experience saying he used to go to a remote hill daily in search of internal connect while meditating a day he heard from somewhere a statement as if it was made by the skies upward…words can’t die was the statement he heard…he went on thinking about it what must be meaning of that statement…he discovered that  words if they don’t die that means words are actually sound energies which do not die …it means energy never dies …a critical scientific thinking about the same landed to the principle so famous as Law of Conservation of Energy which says…Energy is neither created nr destroyed it only transforms from one form to the other… he further said many of his discoveries had been born in the deepest silence of his mind…

Eienstine was the Scientist who learnt many of the Indian Spiritual practices and Meditational methods  and he spread them to the West. Infact many scientific discoveries find their origin in the deepest connect of the Scientist ‘s who almost lead the life of Yogis the Indian way. That is the strength of the inner world which influences the outer world on a continual basis. We can say that the Spiritual world had been behind the Scientific world in it’s genesis….

When we combine the Spiritual practices with  Scientific Practices it can help us to fight with challenges created by Competition and Complexities effectively and efficiently.

Dear Friends,

When things go beyond limits things are restored gradually , it is a natural phenomenon  which is well described by the Shloka in Bhagavadgita. Nothing remains constant ,change is the inevitable nature of the universe ,at every point of time this whole world keeps changing slowly and steadily.  This natural observation rather this natural principle assures us of the hopes that whenever bad crosses it’s limits good is born towards restoration of the natural cycle.

Mental Models....

Dear  Friends,

We make decisions and  act on the basis of the mental models that we develop during the process of upbringing  and education .Our life as a whole is very much influenced and based upon the concept of Mental Models. The reality is many of us are not aware of this reality…about Mental Modeling…when react to any situation ,when we make any decisions , our conduct with people all these things are heavily dominated by the Mental Models that we have developed during the process of our growth since childhood. This reality is also called as Perception or Notions ,Beliefs or Attitude for life …

Winning and loosing involves whole lot chemistry and physics but it is also true that our mindset ,our attitude of looking at that scenario ,situation does play a decisive role in making things happen…hence if we train our attitude positively in the winning direction it can help us to get rid of many hurdles on the way to success. That is why we should be cautious of our mental models…

That is why it is said....when it rains the birds fly for shelter from the rains whereas the Eagle flies above the Clouds to avoid the rains....
