Uniqueness is the key to career success...

Dear Friends,

The world population is made up of plenty of potential and capabilities ,everyone has some or the other unique capacity which differentiates the person from others .The key to success and achievement lies in discovering that unique quality which can help achieve the best possible as compared to rest of the crowd ,that uniqueness should be discovered out of great introspection and efforts ,when that is polished through intensive hard work it starts paying off sooner or later .

There are many who have discovered this unique strength quite early and they are exploring it for greater success.

There are many who are not able to understand this ,who are not able to discover this because of many reasons.

Finally having discovered this uniqueness and polished with  great efforts it adds colors to life in many ways …that is the fundamental secret of career success…hence this inner voice need to heard, shaped ,polished to shine better in life.

Why Sachin did not quit despite bad patch ,why Amitabh do not want to quit despite age factor ,there is something which inspires them to keep moving…that inner passion when shaped as a profession it creates miracles beyond expectations.

Innovation the driving force..

Innovation has been the driving mantra in the knowledge economy ,as per Warren Buffet it is one of the cost centre in the organizations infact looking at  human progress in the areas of sciences and technology or so it is the element of innovation which has driven the progress in many dimensions…no question is stupid as every such question has given rise to scientific discoveries and inventions…innovation the quest for new in terms of developments has been fueling growth of human race for centuries together. Below given is such a piece of innovation you can call it advancement ,growth, innovation, development, passion for new ,creativity etc….you  can!!!  Designer Jinsun Park from Korea has come out with a simple tool called Color Picker. Place the pen against an ob-ject and press the scan button, the color will be detected by the color sensor and the RGB cartridges in the pen will mixed the required inks to create the target color.  Wish you a great day ahead. success through scrap...

Dear Friends,

There was a unique celebration in Mumbai organized by Daily Paper for the selected students who have achieved brilliant success literally through scrap. The guest have been Nana Patekar and Mumbai Police Force One Chief Sadanand Date the one who made it to IPS by distributing News Papers during school days. It was unique because the students were achievers having scored more than 90% in the board exams despite terrific financial backgrounds. The boy who scored 94% said there was no electricity in the home ,studying late night in the porch under a street light he made it big in the exams .A girl who lost her parents in fire along with the home had scored 93% ,there were many such who faught against the financial odds and made it big in the exams. As per the tradition they  appealed the general public for donation towards their further studies ,you would be surprised to read that people at large have donated 2.25 Crore rupees which have been given to these students during the function.

The editor said there was an old  couple who came to donate money and said they wanted to donate their pension for this noble task ,when asked how would they survive they said they are old now ,it’s the students whose future lies ahead…such was voluntary support given by the public. The incidents speak of the fact still there are students who are struggling to achieve big despite all odds ,there is a society who wants to support such needy students ,there are people who appreciate such initiatives…the society is still full of good in many ways which renders all hopes for all of us…we should also appreciate  and support such things wholeheartedly.

Investment in life's good...

Dear Friends,

One day, a poor boy who was selling goods from door to door to pay his way through school, found he had only one thin dime left, and he was hungry. He decided he would ask for a meal at the next house. However, he lost his nerve when a lovely young woman opened the door. Instead of a meal he asked for a drink of water. She thought he looked hungry so brought him a large glass of milk He drank it slowly, and then asked, "How much do I owe you?""You don't owe me anything," she replied "Mother has taught us never to accept payment for a kindness."He said... "Then I thank you from my heart."

As Howard Kelly left that house, he not only felt; stronger physically, but his faith in God and man was strong also. He had been ready to give up and quit. Years later that young woman became critically ill. The local doctors were baffled. They finally sent her to the big city, where they called in specialists to study her rare disease. Dr. Howard Kelly was called in for the consultation.

When he heard the name of the town she came from, a strange light filled his eyes. Immediately he rose and went down the hall of the hospital to her room. Dressed in his doctor's gown he went in to see her.
He recognized her at once. He went back to the consultation room determined to do his best to save her life. From that day he gave special attention to the case. After a long struggle, the battle was won. Dr. Kelly requested the business office to pass the final bill to him for approval.
He looked at it, then wrote something on the edge and the bill was sent to her room. She feared to open it, for she was sure it would take the rest of her life to pay for it all. Finally, she looked, and something caught her attention on the side as she read these words......

"Paid in full with one glass of milk." (Signed) Dr. Howard Kelly.
Tears of joy flooded her eyes as her happy heart prayed: "Thank You,
GOD, that Your love has spread abroad through human hearts and hands."

Faith drives success...

Dear Friends,

It is the power of belief which can move mountains ,without self belief nothing concrete can take the shape.

When it comes to execution of small or a big idea it is the faith inside which gives immense confidence to pursue the purpose with highest determination against every odds. The absence of faith in one’s actions creates hollowness which distracts the efforts leading to failures. Is it necessary to do it? do you think you can do it???when there is yes for these questions the job is half done rest is learning to perfection…everybody has to follow this process from the bottom to the top .We sit on a chair cause we have a faith it would not break rather support us to sit comfortably ,we stand under a tree cause we have a faith that it would not break rather support us in staying away from scorching heat ,in the company of faithful people around we display our true personality and try to be what we are …unknowingly faith plays a role in our day to day life into our actions and people interactions...the sub conscious minds controls the whole activity.

Similarly when there exists faith ,self belief ,confidence it helps us to focus on the task in hand or so which reflects in the results we achieve  hence when you take any task in hand get the faith in place thinking about it from all the angles this increases the confidence level taking us to the next level of success inch by inch….

Right approach to job...

Dear Friends,

Towards survival and growth an individual has to work by doing some job or so throughout the year till we retire, we are supposed to do some task or the other ,when we analyze the task we do ,what we all do is we offer our services based upon the expertise we have, thus Ad Professionals offer their creativity towards advertising the Products ,Services or Concepts of  Company’s so that they can reach out to the customer, likewise it is with every professional every person in totality….when we look at the whole scenario we actually serve each other’s purpose ,need want, desire when we look at it from Marketing perspective…so service to customers is our Professional Religion…the only difference with the other kind of selfless services is we have expectations however it’s but obvious.

When serving others is the core story of our existence ,if that is added with the pure spirit of Serving ,when that is done with right attitude ,when the intension are right ,when the way we serve is positive ,whatever task we might be doing, it itself gets wholesome meaning which translates into Success ,it adds rhythm, dimension, colour to our own living ,it enriches us not only as Professionals rather as Personalities…when we look at the global picture of our career the right approach our job and life matters for wholesome success.

Managing Stress

Dear Friends,

There was a lecturer speaking to the students about Stress Management ,he was holding  a glass in his hands and asked the students about the weight of the glass ,students answer varied from 20 gm to 200 gm. Having heard all the answers the lecturer said it does not matter how much is the weight of the glass as long as I am holding it for a small duration of time ,he further said, if I hold for a minute nothing happens ,if i hold it for more than 5 minutes my hand would start paining , if I continue for 5 hours may be you will need to call for an Ambulance…thus as the time  period increases it would start creating bigger problem ,instead if I hold it for some time and then keep it ,again hold it and keep it after sometime it would not create any harm irrespective of the weight of the glass.

The lecturer further  explained  that it goes the same when it comes to our tensions and worries if we hold them for more period of time , periodical treatment of holding and keeping again on timely basis helps us to bear the pain however if we continue holding it for longer duration it starts paining more. When we come to office let us keep aside the worries of our personal front till we go home if needed we can lift them again similarly when we go home let us keep the official tensions ,conflicts in the office only, if needed we can lift them again the next day…practically difficult but when made as a practice with intensive will power may be it can work to certain extent for sure.
