Corporate Social Responsibility...

Dear Friends,

Corporations or business organizations are the most productive part of

the society at large .The Intellectual endeavour and all the hardwork

that goes in adding allnew products ,services and concepts to increase

comfort level of human beings finally contributes financially also to

the social development through taxes of huge amount. In this contexts

we also need to keep a check upon the right utilization of the funds

which are being added to the governments efforts.

Firts we need to exercise ethics and best practices in our area of

work to a great level wherever possible and then going home we need to

see whether society is happy and if not what can be our contribution

towards making it ,by number of ways we can contribute our bit for the

same.

If the intellectuals working in corporations  accept it that just

achieving Business KRA's and Targets is not sufficient rather we need

to also achieve Social KRA's and Targets then we can change the social

picture within least possible time. If the intellectuals in

Corporations rise up to this call together we can put this country as

the Super Power not only Spiritually but Scientifically and

Financially. If you believe in intuition the developments happening

around in the contexts of India can very well speak that the time has

come for this to happen.

Philonthropy...Fight to Achieve and Share for Better.

Dear Friends,

You might have heard the concept of ...for the one percent,of the one percent and by the one percent which led to Occupy the wall street protests .The concept developed by a well known Economist speaks of the fact that the financial wealth is in the hands of the few one percent and they are controlling the decision making and it's benefits in their favour whereas the rest of the 99 percent is just getting carried behind the agendas driven by the one percent.

In my forthcoming book Burning Desire...the Fire. i have advocated the concept of Inclusive Success which means we need to promote the concept of Success beyond self ,when we intend to be successful we should also see to it that we make the other relevant individuals successful so that we magnify success in the true global contexts. I have mentioned a Concept Fight To  Achieve and Share for better...which says when we don't have things we wanted to have ,we obviously need to fight due to Competition factor however having achieved ,instead of going for accumulation beyond limits we should get into sharing mode so that many others can have the opportunity to enjoy this precious birth.

When it was necessary Bill Gates and Warren Buffet accumulated wealth whereas when it was not necessary they came forward to share the same.Let's promote this Philonthropic Practice so that the one's who are devoid of even the basic needs can find ways to live and enjoy this birth.

Happy ending ...let's promote.

Dear Friends,

Having born rich or poor ,having lead a life rich or poor in both the
contexts there is aboslute possibility of a troublesome end due to many
reasons. Having every richness ,may be the family tensions may snatch away
the happiness and peace during the ending years or may be the absence of
wealth may create many issues while one is marching towards the end point of
one's own tenure on this planet .Such are the possibilities which may
disturb thepeace of a human being at the point of exit which makes life not less
than hell here on earth...it is possible to bear with every odd when an
individual is young enough to do so whereas it is damn difficult to bear the
pain when one grows old where body and mind goes beyond control.

Hence let us create awareness amongst people at large that old one's should
also be protected as the small one's,we need to develop consciousness
amongst people at large about old age problems so that we the young one's can
understand our own parents at their old age and treat them ,behave with them
the way they have behaved with us when we were small kids forgiving all our
mischiefs and giving time for all our wishes fulfilling them at their level
best. Friends ,we need to promote the concept of happy ending as it is a
serious issue and we all are going to get hit by it one day for sure.When
all is kept well at the end ,that would lead to happy ending ,which would
put the soul in peace.Let's be conscious and contribute starting from our
own parents or so...you take care of your parents.
