True Spirituality....towards true understanding of life .....

Dear Friends,

Spiritualism is wrongly associated with religion it is actually neutral ,it is above any religion it is unbiased it is associated with the cosmic forces and universe which is above everything in the world. Many a times in life things don’t move the way we want ,despite tremendous efforts and troubles we have to accept what is practically available though it might be a great failure or a  great loss or so…when things don’t move as expected we wonder for answers in many directions using all the methodologies of logic ,philosophy, science, astrology ,rituals and religions  etc so that we can get a justified answer as to why it has happened or why  it is happening….Indian Spiritualism offers a global perspective for the same which can help us to find the cause to move forward…optimistically towards hopes, success ,happiness in life.

True understanding about Spirituality may help you get answers when you are down ,when you are going through a bad patch…..so that you can bounce back saying….by gone is by gone…let me live the rest of my life with hopes and positivity. Do share with the one’s who have faced intense heat of the misfortune…

Wish you a positive day ahead.
Thank you.

In search of happiness....

Dear Friends,

In reality the paths of performance, results, recognition, power ,money, property etc are all leading to a single destination called happiness in life…we have applied conditions to something which is our innate nature in reality…to something which is available within us in abundance…the complexity in the name of advancement and competition has actually covered it so nicely that most brilliant one’s ,most successful one’s also seem to have lost their paths which lead to the destinations they are actually fighting for….you can find it very close to you ,within you in abundance when you derive joy and happiness in small small things around you in daily life almost the kids way.

Following if then model is about postponing happiness instaed living in the present...living every moment to it's fullest is the right path to happiness....kids need even a small reason to be happy...we loose that spirit in due course of growth ....infact the iinocent days we lived were filled with whole lot of happiness because our happiness was not dependent upon conditions ...rigid conditions...it was almost unconditional...even  a small reason was enough to make us laugh like anything....

Wish you a happy day ahead.
Thank you.

Thought world influences your real world...

Dear Friends,

It is said anything which manifest in the world happens twice first in the thought world and then in the material world…hence our  thoughts play a major role in determining what we are, where we are ….Personality is the combination of Hereditary factors as well as Environmental factors when we look at it from this perspective it’s impossible to change it however when we look at with the perspective that our Thoughts contribute for our attitude ,our attitude determines our actions…actions decide our habits and habits makes a personality leading to destiny…this perspective shows that by way of changing the thought world any human being at any point of time bring about a change in his or her personality thereby bringing a desired change in the way the person is aspiring to do so ….as is said life is a process of self discovery any point of time the awareness and conscious efforts towards bringing a change in the thought world may influence one’s personal and professional life in many ways leading to success and happiness… It all speak about a great truth of the 21st century that by bringing about life style change one can expect a change in one’s own life as a whole….many a times solutions are inside rather than outside…a honest introspection can reveal the truth which can help us to lead a flawless life…we just need to control our ego and bring the flexibility to do so…
Wish you a great day ahead.
Thank you.

Winners do things differently....

Dear Friends,
When Evion said one day people would pay for drinking water he was not attended seriously and today it has become a grim reality….in the history of human evolution there had been many who thought differently and brought about a huge change by way of altering the rules of the game…as said by Dhirubhaiji idea is nobody’s monopoly it can come from any corner…thus out of the box thinking had been fueling human growth for years together…the innovation factor ,the thinking difference factor creates the difference between the one’s who make signatures and the one’s who make autographs…..
Wish you a great day ahead.
Thank you.

Converting Weakness into Strengths...

Dear Friends,

There was a boy born with a handicap having no left hand working naturally…however despite this he wished to be  a Judo Player so he approached the Master for the same….the master taught him only one act several times so much so that he mastered it beyond limits, still having seen that the master was teaching him only one act he questioned the master why is he teaching him only one act why not the other one’s….the master kept mum and did not disclose the reason for the same.

During one of the competitions he knocked out many competitors however there was one competitor who was strongly attacking and winning the competition so the Referee was afraid to see the handicapped one fighting with the tough one looking at the possibilities of any damage due to his handicap…however the master denied and asked him to continue with the competition…when the competition began everybody was afraid of any damage to the handicapped however to everybody’s surprise the handicap fellow knocked out the tough one quite surprisingly and everybody was all praise for the skills and daring of the handicap player.

After the competition when he asked the Master why is it that he taught him only one act the master said ,he had taught him the toughest act in Judo in which he got ultimate mastery the only attack to this act for the opponent was to catch his left hand…. which was not there with the handicapped fellow ….the master had converted his weakness into his strength….winning in life is all about that ,everybody has some or the other weakness however victory lies in converting them into strength….for example when ego adds to relatiosnhip  it makes ait a spoil sport whereas when id adds to results it elevates one..success is about results that set…

Wish you a great day ahead.
Thank you.

Global Perspective on Thinking....

Dear Friends,
Edword De Bono the author of the book 6 Thinking Hats…was honored to chair the conference  of the Noble Laurettes which speaks of the stature of the man due to his breakthrough research in the areas of Thinking as a Tool…this tool in the form of hats can be definitely applied in the Corporate World or so towards effective and efficient decision making….we have seen these hats ,let’s look at them in one go….
·         White Hat:
With this thinking hat you focus on the data available. Look at the information you have, and see what you can learn from it. Look for gaps in your knowledge, and either try to fill them or take account of them.
·         This is where you analyze past trends, and try to extrapolate from historical data.
·         Red Hat:
'Wearing' the red hat, you look at problems using intuition, gut reaction, and emotion. Also try to think how other people will react emotionally. Try to understand the responses of people who do not fully know your reasoning.
·         Black Hat:
Using black hat thinking, look at all the bad points of the decision. Look at it cautiously and defensively. Try to see why it might not work. This is important because it highlights the weak points in a plan. It allows you to eliminate them, alter them, or prepare contingency plans to counter them.
·         Black Hat thinking helps to make your plans 'tougher' and more resilient. It can also help you to spot fatal flaws and risks before you embark on a course of action. Black Hat thinking is one of the real benefits of this technique, as many successful people get so used to thinking positively that often they cannot see problems in advance. This leaves them under-prepared for difficulties.
·         Yellow Hat:
The yellow hat helps you to think positively. It is the optimistic viewpoint that helps you to see all the benefits of the decision and the value in it. Yellow Hat thinking helps you to keep going when everything looks gloomy and difficult.
·         Green Hat:
The Green Hat stands for creativity. This is where you can develop creative solutions to a problem. It is a freewheeling way of thinking, in which there is little criticism of ideas. A whole range of creativity tools can help you here.
·         Blue Hat:
The Blue Hat stands for process control. This is the hat worn by people chairing meetings. When running into difficulties because ideas are running dry, they may direct activity into Green Hat thinking. When contingency plans are needed, they will ask for Black Hat thinking, etc.
The benefits of the Hats….
  • Provides a common language
  • Experience & intelligence of each person (Diversity of thought)
  • Use more of our brains
  • Helps people work against type, preference
  • Removal of ego (reduce confrontation)
  • Save time
  • Focus (one thing at a time)
  • Create, evaluate & implement action plans
How we can use these Hats….
  • Use any hat, as often as needed
  • Sequence can be preset or evolving
  • Not necessary to use every hat
  • Time under each hat: generally, short
  • Requires discipline from each person
    1. While using it, stay in the idiom
  • Adds an element of play, play along
  • Can be used by individuals and groups
Wishing you a great week ahead.
Thank you.

Evaluating possibilities of errors...

Dear Friends,
There is a management guru called who is called as guru of negative thinking who advocates magic of negative thinking for success…wearing Black Hat is about being cautious ,careful ,it’s about evaluating the possibilities of errors….
·         Black Hat:Using black hat thinking, look at all the bad points of the decision.
Black Hat Philosophy:
  • Serious, sober
  • Screening for impossible, unusable
  • Challenge the alternatives
  • Cautious and careful
  • Logical negative – why it won’t work
  • Critical judgement, pessimistic view
  • Separates logical negative from emotional
  • Focus on errors, evidence, conclusions
  • Logical & truthful, but not necessarily fair .
Hope this approach helps you in making decisions on both fronts.
Thank you.

White Thinking Hat....

Dear Friends,
Each 'Thinking Hat' is a different style of thinking.                                                                                                                                                                             Six colors of hats for six types of thinking.
Each hat identifies a type of thinking
          Hats are directions of thinking
z  Hats help a group use parallel thinking
You can “put on” and “take off” a hat
Let’s get started with the first Hat….
White Hat : (Facts & figures )z
z  White Hat:
With this thinking hat you focus on the data available. Look at the information you have, and see what you can learn from it. Look for gaps in your knowledge, and either try to fill them or take account of them. This is where you analyze past trends, and try to extrapolate from historical data. This is where you analyze things from a logical and expectation point of view which is about justifying your stand from the point of view of results as expected by the superiors.
z  Questions: what do we know, what don’t we know, what do we need to know.
z  Excludes opinions, hunches, judgements .
z  Removes feelings & impressions.
z  Two tiers of facts :
          Believed Facts
          Checked Facts
As is said data gives us confidence and courage while projecting the efforts and justifying what has been done ,achieved towards expected results….hence White Hat is absolutely a Analytical Tool which helps us in projecting the facts and figures …the data before superiors.
Wish you a great day ahead.
Thank you.
