Steven Spielberg in India...

Dear Friends,

When we look at the life spent personally or by people at large ,we can find that there is a period  where we get driven by life and there is a period when we drive life…to sum up sometimes we occupy the passenger’s seat and sometimes we occupy the driver’s seat. While we are in the passenger’s seat where the external circumstances drive us,it  is the period many a times the part of bad patch in careers and when we are in the driver’s seat it is the most positive period in our life.
Is it possible to make a transition from the passenger’s seat to the driver’s seat ,the period when we are controlling life in totality or so.
When we follow a 3 step mechanism Realization ,Planning ,Execution this helps us to make a shift from being a non performer to a performer…it shifts us from the passenger’s seat to the driver’s seat….it helps us to elevate our outputs  , it helps us to change the gears…it takes us from the comfort zone to the challenging zone…where there are hopes and possibilities .Out of 100 people who realize, 50 % plan and out of those only 15% execute ,convert the desires into results.
This is the equation which separates the non performers and the performers….the one’s who get driven and the one’s who are drivers. The intensity of realization impacts the intensity of execution and finally the magnitude of the results.

Wish you a great day ahead.
Thank you.

Warm Regards ,
