Besides fundamental needs of human beings certain psychological needs are also pretty important..freedom, respect are such psychological needs of every human being educated or uneducated.
This small understanding can change the way we treat and behave with others. Our speech and conduct directs our interpersonal relationship with others. It not only shows our professional maturity rather it reflects our family values and the kind of upbringing we were brought up into.
