Experience and Expertise matters in Decision Making..

Dear Friends,

There was  a Potter who had two daughters one was married to Potter and the other to a farmer.
When the Potter went to his daughter who was married to a Potter  the daughter while going to see off her father requested him to pray for no rains so that the pots and other stuff that they have prepared could remain safe and they can get more money . The Potter went to the other daughter who was married to the farmer ,while coming to see off her father she requested him to pray for heavy rains so that the efforts they have taken towards preparing  the fields for sowing the crops would get justice and they would get rich.

The Potter was puzzled as to what to do…if he prays for rains the daughter who was married to the Potter  would be in trouble ,if he prays for no rains the daughter who was married to the farmer she would be in trouble so what to do…he spoke to both of them saying if it is raining or not raining one of them would be in trouble and one of them would be in profit so he requested them let the God decide what is to be done however in any case the one who is in profit should take care of  the other who comes across any loss…thus he could find a solution which can safeguard both the daughters..many times we are stuck up in such scenario’s practically on personal and professional front, however with right intentions ,experience and expertise or guidance and mentoring we can find a way out…experience and expertise with whoever is the Guru…
Best wishes on the auspicious occasion of GURUPOURNIMA to you all.
Thank you.

Warm Regards,
Linson
